people miss the point of this site and say how much a band "sucks" even without listening to the actual piece that they are critiquing

my interpretation:
This song is entitled emo surrounding the word emotional, probably because that is the theme and mood of this song and its sound.
The way i see it is that this song is sung from the point of view of somebody who is witnessing a girl being mistreated, abused (in some way), and has an adulterous partner. The person singing this wants to girl to listen to him and is trying to help her.
but i could b wrong.
