  General Comment:this is one of my favorite songs... to me.. its symbolic of a friendship... and there have been rough times (and rough times may be in the future), but just knowing that they have each other helps them to keep the faith. :)

  General Comment:I think it's people just reflecting on their life. I'm not entirely sure what it's aiming for, but it's still a beautiful, poetic song. It's also labelled kiss with different lyrics,
  ie "a friends hand is good to have
  but a lover's kiss is better than angels raining down"

  General Comment:Amazing song, just reading the lyrics to all the different versions makes me want to sit and listen to every version... by the way, dmbalmanac.com has all versoins of the lyrics, and yes i do have a couple of the early ninties versions available for download so just im me at davemfan89 and we can work something out :)

  General Comment:i think that this song is about two friends who are of the opposite sex who know eachother so well that they are best friends
  the narrator wants them to be more than friends - but one thing he is sure of is that they will always be there for eachother in the end - friends or more than friends
