Dramamine is a delerient. So, in other words, it causes hallucinations and extreme confusion, along with other side effects at high doses (above 500mg usually)
I've tripped on Dramamine. A lot. And let me tell you. These lyrics, follow how a trip usually let's out almost to the dot!

(You space out. And I mean SPACE OUT. Also, Dramamine tastes a bit bitter, so the Listerine removes the taste I presume)

(So. Let's go over this. Saying that I was going to say that I would tell you. Basically, you are making a statement to a person that you were going to tell them something, without telling them what you were going to tell them. I used to make random statements all the time. For example, I once stated something about how trains work while I was resting on a bench. My friend stared at me like I was a freak)

(Most likely talking to the Dramamine, saying that it killed the 'better part' of me. The better part being that part that can actually understand and think)

(Here's where it gets freaky. When you decided to look in a mirror, you will usually just stare back at yourself. I remember, somewhat recently, I looked in a mirror while on Dramamine, and I swear to God I saw my PUPILS MELTING. Scared the crap outta me)

(Plays along with the confusion aspect. You will start walking to someplace, and you have it set in your mind, but the second you get even close, you stop and go 'Wait. What? What am I doing here...' For example, my recent trip, I was walking to my senior English class, when I stop and look around, wondering where I was going. So I start walking to my senior Science class, stop, and repeat the same thing about 3 times)

I think this song has a lot to do with nihilism, the belief that life has no purpose or meaning.
The lyrics are hard to decipher and the guitar drowns out most of what he is saying, like it doesn't matter what he is saying in the end it means little whether you receive the message or not.
The song has an emotion of anger and frustration, which are exactly the emotions tied to the knowledge that life has no purpose.
But it's purpose is to prevent nausea. As for someone with a drug habit, and who takes dramamine with certain drugs to eliminate the nausea brought on by those drugs, I would name a song "Dramamine" as a more subtle way of saying "heroin" or "Suboxone".
