I cant belive nobody hasposted comments on this song. It is the best weezer song of all time in my opinion. "It's a good thing that you float in the air, that way there's no way I will crush your pretty toenails into a thousand pieces." Excellent lyrics. Love this song :-)

this is my very very favorite weezer song! (besides say it ain't so, of course.) (oh yes, and el scorcho.) (heehee.) but anyway, this is a really beautiful song and it was the last song before the encore at the =w= show...they did all the pretty blue lights and fog and all. heehee. goll!

absolutely...beautiful. gorgeous. but even more so, if at all possible, live. it was amazing... i'll never forget that weezer concert. what can i say, i love this song...
i wonder if he meant, by "in between molecules of oxygen and carbon dioxide" that she is his very breath? or is that just the romantic in me? heh..

I must agree with you guys that this song is incredible live. You can forget everything else while you are listening to an incredible song like this one. Music in general (but mainly w/ Weezer for me) is an absolute representation of everything that happens in our lives. A song can define depression, joy, love, lust, confusion, communication, sex, political issues, anger, and many other things. This song, as well as a few other Weezer songs, helped me to define my own desires when I was younger. I know that many people have felt the same way about them. They have given words to the feelings of a generation raised by working parents who have had no one to turn to. We have struggled with painful internal conflicts, because no one else was there to help us. But now, as we grow up, we have learned the things that are parents never taught us. We have learned how to live our lives without falling victim to fear (hopefully).

this song has been my favorite weezer song ever since the first time i listened to the cd.. i've had nights where i just sit or lay around with this song on repeat with the lights out and just let it move me.. its amazing. i haven't seen it live though : (

The guitar is perfect and the base line is great because it provides this subtle pulse that everything else in the song revolves around. Its not without flaws, though. "She says, 'hey baby, I just might take the chance'". A pretty corny phrase, if you ask me. This doesn't make it a bad song, or anything, its great, but it suffers from some lame lyrics. Still alright though, just not as brilliant as the rest of the album.

It is by far one of the best =w= songs written. And I tink no one's really talking about the lyrics of the song because the lyrics of this song aren't what get you. It's the last 5 min. of the song when all it is is just music. There's no possible way for me to describe how I feel when listening to that part of the song. Except maybe that I feel like I've left this world for a short period of time.

have u ever seen that one show cowboy bebop? well this one guy made a kick ass little music video where this song reacted to the feelings and movement of the charaters, it was crazy I loved it
