    General Comment:Does anybody else love the bouncy carnival-esque solo? The one that starts about 2:06 into the song. It's such a happy 'la la la da!' departure from the rest of the song, and that makes me laugh every time I listen to this song.

    After I got dumped out of nowhere after dating for 3 fucking years...I was so upset...and then I remembered I promised myself if I ever got dumped to listen to this song.
    I laughed my fucking ass off.

    Darren was dumped, scribbled out lyrics as a joke and handed them to Ben. Ben saw they came from a real place so he wrote music for it then worked the lyrics some.
