notice right before the last four lines, there is a mellow, quite part where he seems to be getting over his hate and loss... and then he just erupts again, angrier than ever. I think that's hilarious, but at the same time it's sorta insightful. Good job blink.

It is very true. Blink were/are/will continue to be awesome. And, the last 5 lines are fucking legendary to be honest. It's classic "Blink" writing. Love it.

basically about a guy who loves a girl and that girl loves someone else and will not leave him. also how he feels helpless about being in that awful, awful situation.

this is my favorite blink 182 song, it is completely underrated and somewhat unknown. fairly commonly, the only people that tend to REALLY enjoy this song are those who are or have been in a similar situation. im in this situation right now and it blows, lemme tell ya. i have 2 other friends who are also in the same situation and we all enjoy listening to this and screaming the lyrics because it makes us feel oh so much better. ahhhhhh i fucking love it

regos the sane, i fucking HOPE that is sarcasm. I know your kidding. I love blink 182, i love every song by them, from Cheshire Cat to Blink 182 (self titled). everyone who hates blink sucks donkey balls. thats where i'm at pretty much. i wish they were still together though.

best part of the song in my opinion. I think it means that if she does come back to him, he'll tell her what she wants to hear about being with the asshole guy. He's not gonna guilt her about going with him, and he'd be satisfied with having her at last.

ahh, my all time favorite from them. this is how it always ends with girls, at least for me. anyway, really really awesome song. love how the guitar sounds really upbeat and optimistic and then the lyrics totally contradict. absolutely great song, been on my myspace for a while lol

This song shows the hate in a guy called Gary who is the guy that is loved by a person's crush. The title 'Dysentery Gary' means Gary is constipated and does foul craps.
In the end the singer hates himself and everything else because of this guy who took away the girl he loved.
I love this song! I can relate to it so much!

One of my favourite songs! The Slayer thing is, that guy is not himself, just following everybody else to fit in. Like now, his friends were listening to slayer, and probably had long hair too. He tried to look like a slayer fan just to be "cool".
The part Mark is singing is really really tight to my love story for the moment. The crappy thing is that the guy was a good friend of mine, now he's just another classmate, from my point of view.

This song is the shit!!!! and no they aren't making fun of slayer, actually I think they are just throwing that in because it makes sense in the song. all bout the growing hair thing and slayer, slayer fans usually had long hair.

i love this song..blink-182 has done so much for me, although i don't listen to them nearly as much as i used to

song is about hating a crush's boy friend. No matter how cool they are, one still resents them. I know i have, nothing i'm proud of. it's awful when the girl is dating a dick

i don't know if blink is makin fun of Slayer here. I love Slayer, so does drummer Travis Barker-he doesn't do lyrics though

u want her band, she wants HIM bad, now u want to kill him, but why? this song isnt gunna give u that answer but it makes u feel better, a very emotionally strong song, well at least for me it is. but the 'wheres my dog' part hurts me because my 17year old dog died around the same time that this song became important to me

Everytime i put this track on it makes me think of it, songs like this which actually mean something are great.
