It's about confusion about how were told one thing like no their not real and how were also told to believe to let your mind do the talking first then you speak dont just let everyone think for you so toms basically saying hes up all night long confused as to whether these things he hears about aliens not existing are true while hes been told stories and read them and maybe even seen them toms deep (hes not like you guys) he believes and his hearts doing the talking regardless of how stupid he can seem how goofy an what not

to some guys on the first page (yea I know long ago) whats wrong with liking music on MTV? I mean I don't watch it, but if you like the music, you just like it. I thought I could find out if this song went deeper than Tom thinking Aliens Exist, but instead of explaining the song you losers are squabbling over really pointless shit. If someone calls you a stupid skater fag, you should obviously let it go because that is a really tasteless insult.

of course this song is about aliens, paranormal activity and what not, but it looks like tom needed a song to tell people what he felt about the existence of aliens, GOVERNMENT CONSPIRACY, " I know the CIA would say, what you hear is all hearsay, wish someone would tell me what was right". the line that everyone wants to know the truth about. so it looked like tom wanted to write this song to sing to people what he was dying to know instead of doing weird speeches in the middle of his concerts (*Cough* AVA). Well thats what i think anyway, thanks for reading.

you are absolutly right strawdog, scott was a much better drumer, but he was smart enough to go to collage. I would have done the same thing in his pisiton. And it is a sham that blink went mainstream, the music hasnt been the same since, Oh well.
