I know, like Latin, grammar is a lost art... but when posting Lyircs on a public forum... Please at least attempt to proofread your post. It's like pulling teeth fixing stuff like this on here. So would you please at least try to do it right when you post.
Anyways, summary: non-conformity.
I eventually bought my first CD-- Incubus' "Morning View" without having listened to any of their music because my sister insisted I buy it. I have not looked back ever since. I was so broke at the time that was the only CD I owned and listened to it non-stop for an entire year. I was blown away by Incubus and wondered why it took me so long to discover good music. The lyrics actually have meaning and they make me think and analyze. I love that! Incubus helped me so much through my teenage years and they continue to amaze me with their new material. They are my favorite band.
Anyway, this song is about making your own path in life and following it. Doing things your way and not allowing anyone else to tell you who you are or what you are to do with your life. Lyrically, this is my favorite Incubus song.
