Lyrics for Save The World as interpreted by JRBD

Save The World Lyrics
you pull me by the arm
tell me what to believe
you tell me there is only one way
one way to see
whatever faith you chooce
may not be for me
how can i be saved
while being forced to believe
believe.

lets save the world
one by one
well make them believe
conform if they must
dont question the thought
its whats always been told
well make them believe
lets save the world

so spread the word
and tell me of good news
that if i act right
i can be like you
well to live is to learn
and think for yourself
and ill do just that
i dont need your help

repeat

i think they are making fun of people who belive in what they have grown up knowing. They are saying that it is wrong to froce religion on anyone, but most people dont force they ask to help them find something. I like the song, but that is what i think it means. Dont conform and dont belive something if you dont know what it is.

yea what theyre saying is that many majority religions are forced upon younger people so they grow up without knowing anything else. Unfortunately, they are mostly brainwashed into believin them. In the song they say that people should think for themselves. Theyre right!!

finally a song that agrees with my opinion that if you're forced into something your heart won't be in it. for example people tell you you're wrong for not being Christian and believing in their god, well would you rather me be one and just hate it the whole time and not love god like you so unquestioningly do?

i think its about religions and thier rules. religions say to be a part of their community you have to obay by their beliefs, and you must "know" that they r they only "correct" religion. i dont think its about young people being forced into it because my parents made the choice of me being catholic but they have never forced me to stick with it, they put me in catholic schools, but never made me go to church (they dont go n e way). iim acctually an athiest, but im glad im catholic and go to a catholic school coz i have learned about religions and how they work which has made me open minded about issues in the world. sorry im digressing off the point, ill be quite now!

this song is about being forced into something you don't believe. i am a christian but i was not raised as one and it was not forced upon me. it makes me angry when christians tell people that they will go to hell or come off like they are so much better than non christians. so many christians are so closed minded about peoples decisions when they should be accepting of others. christians also tend to focus way to much on the rules and what you are doing wrong instead of the fact that we are human and we all mess up regardless of what we believe. i don't believe you should force your children to go to church or to believe what you want them to, it should be their own decision and you should love them just the same. sorry this really isn't about the song i just felt like i should say something.

OMG! Wut a gr8 song this is. I totally love it. I can relate to it so much. It's about plp who think that they can control other plps lives. I just think that this song is so good! I love it to death and I am totally for it! There's just something about it. My all time favorite verse or verses in this song are "well to live is to learn and think for yourself and ill do just that i dont need your help". I just think that they are just so welly written. I wish I could've thought of those lines. They kida remind me of the saying "Well live love and love live". I don't know why but they remind me of them so much! HeHe! O well! I just think so much of this song because I totally love Rufio and I really REALLY want to see them in concert because I just think so much of them! Rufio totally rocks along with all the gr8 EMo music that they write along with them! HeHe!:)

uhm.. yeah... westcovchick, you're a LOSER. rufio is good, but people underestimate them. their songs actually have meaning, and shouldn't be looked at as "Just another punk band". This song is good, I don't know what else to say...

this song is obviously about religion. i guess you could take it as a song about being yourself, too. but i feel this way when i have a lot of my christian friends trying to tell me about their religion. honestly i know enough and i am happy in my own religion. i find this song almost mocking how a lot of religions try to "save" people. haha RUFIO IS FUCKIN AMAZING, there isn't any more to say..

I think this song sums up my feelings about religion. I can't stand religions and their followers who try to force their beliefs upon others. I like how this song enforces the "believe what you want to believe" statement. Rufio kicks ass.

this song rocks, i totally agree with every word of it. people should learn to the live for themselves, and don't let religion affect there minds, or brainwash them. i think religion has many negative features, i think instead of being part of one religious community, everyone could be part of the same community, religion divides the world up way to much. i myself am forced into catholicism and i don't agree with it because it preaches that certain sins will send ppl to hell and such, i say screw that. i told my parents my opinions and they got pissed, O Well! Rufio Rules!
