its pretty self explanatory. but a sad song about how he knows they are seperating and hes truly going to miss her, and genuinly loves her.

somethings you cant find the words to say and thats where he's saying tears come in.

well, the lyrics are very simple and sweet, and it is a pretty good song. though...this song really doesn't depress me, majorly affect me, or make me want to cry. the version i had was too fast-paced for that, which kind of downplays the meaning of the lyrics for me. good song, though....................maybe there's a slower version? and, to ilikepearljam, while you have a valid point that i basically agree with, why do you care so much? you just listed a tone of bands that YOU like..not everyone else has to!!! i can list many others for you to 'get well versed' to, too, but i'm guessing that it's a waste of time, because just like the 'emo' kids you're scolding, you probably wouldn't look up the artists other people list, either, because you already have your own music 'taste'.

I see this same kind of fukin post every day. I don't have a problem with anyone's music, but saying that this song is one of the best ever is just sad. I listened to it; it's ok and fits their category. But, i can find like 300 songs that sound just like it. So, instead of saying this is one of the best songs ever, simply say i like __________.

Also, another note to you fucking emo kids, not all of you and mainly you emo chicks, explore some other music. Go on Kazaa (or whatever you use) and download some Johnny Cash, Beatles, Elvis, Rage Against the Machine, Bob Marley, Alice in Chains, Third Eye Blind, Pearl Jam, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, The Who, Stawberry Alarm Clock, Mos Def, Andrea Bocelli, Pink Floyd, Incubus, Journey, Billy Idol, The Ramones, O.A.R, The Rolling Stones, Counting Crows, DangerDoom, Led Zeppelin, The Fugees, Gin Blossoms, Lynard Skynard, Bob Dylan, The Cure, The Doors, R.E.M, Stone Temple Pilots, Ray Charles or even Rick James. Get well-versed before you start criticizing music.

This is a fucking awesome song, one of the best ever. Just speaks the fucking truth, "tears are more than tears" and that's fucking right.
Did you guys know there are actually two versions of this song? And two versions of a couple others from perhaps... both version are awesome, was just curious where the other versions came from, I came across them on mp3s somehow

This song is about someone who knows that they are about to lose something because it is falling apart at the seams and they are so hearbroken that they are petrified. They just sit there as their boyfriend/girlfriend leaves them. They don't know what to do so they do nothing.

Great song!!! My absolute favorite on this cd. I love it. I too just had a friend pass away, about a week ago, and this song is me now. But yeah, great song. It kinda makes you think in a way.

rufio kicks ass and if this song doesn't get to you at some point in your life, you must be empty inside. lol...my favorite part is:

but the weird part is..i don't relate that part to my ex's or anything, i relate that to my good friend Joey who died a little while back. like, the last thing that I said to him meant nothing because he died unexpectedly so it was all pointless. and i know it will take a long time, but i will most definately see him when i die...but until then.i know he's "above me"...[no pun intended..but also a great song] so later everyone..

This song makes me cry everytime. It reminds me of how I use to feel..how I felt so alone and how I wanted to die but all I could do was cry. When I broke up with my ex, I couldnt say anything, all I could do was cry..and even when he was right in front of me..I covered it all with a smile until he left and I felt so alone, Like I couldnt do anything. Now, Forget about him..I realized he only made my life worse..To this day, I dont think he even knows that hes the reason I almost killed myself. I dont think he sees the pain in my eyes when I look at him. I dont think he realizes how much pain he brought to me and my family for what I did..and he doesnt deserve me..ever again..he will never have me, as anything, not even a friend.
And now I think about my new boyfriend..how will we end up? I gave him everything already..I experienced alot of new things with this guy and If I was to lose him, I dont know what I will do. Im a dependent person. I depend on others, I know its something I have to work on, but yea..I love him..and its been a while since I opened my heart to anyone..I hope he doesnt kill me. =/.

This song hits really close to home, because one time I had a best guy friend and my backstabbing, barbie-look-alike, x-bestfriend decided that she couldn't handle our friendship, and decided to play with his mind. As you guessed it he fell for her, and put our friendship on hold. He stopped calling me, he stopped inviting me to our usual hang out time.....ALL TO BE ALONE FOR HER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!It killed me because I sat there and watched him leave my life. He was so close yet mentally faraway. I never full got over it. Today he acts like nothing happend...i use my fake smile and live in denial. I try to cover my pain..as tears fall down my face.
