I don't think the song is about god, its just about this incredible girl, who he feels she's like above his level, but he's glad he has her, so he'd do anything for her. I kinda am in the same situation.

this song makes me think of this girl i really like... the way i think of it as "angel above me" that is her and she is so far out of my reach and i really dont think i have a chance with her. and she is one of the nicest and sweetest girls i have ever met. oh well im still gonna give it a try asking her out or something like that :-) who knows she could say yes. this is the song that got me hooked on rufio

Man..........this song is one of the coolest I've ever heard. Though there are some people who asks why Rufio does not appear on MTV or something - I thnk they shouldn't. I'm not saying that they're not good enough, they're the best, but if they do, then all these wanna-be fans and posers will just like them because they're on MTV, like at my school. Most of the students at my school are like 'socials' or 'preppies' and the next time you see them, they're punkers!..........just cuz it's a fad.....losers..........well ya.........being on MTV will just lead a whole lot of fake-@$$ fans to like just cuz they have a video on MTV.

Surferskankpunk, I hate Rufio and this song blows. Those are my two cents. Two more of my cents are that anyone who finds this band remotely njoyable has blind to what good music is. I don't know any of you, but I wouldn't doubt it that I would hate you all.

You all claim that you love this song, and yet most of you fail to know what it's about. It's not about a "crush" or a girlfriend - for all you teenieboppers stuck in the MTV/love world, all you pretty much make up fake fans. You all claim that you're not affiliated with MTV and pretty much hate fake fans, but for those of you who think it's about a girlfriend are just suckered into the teeniebopper world.
