"sell me the infection, it's only for the weak" imo there's no doubt about that, its refering to an addiction.
-Then you search another girl to talk with. Not to forget the other one, but because you are sad.
-Then you find that you get on well with eachother, and you like her very much as a person. You get on so well, that eventually you "seduce" her, but not intentionally.
-You deny her love, because you still love the blond girl.
-Now YOU became the monster, but
you can't tolerate her sadness, because you like her.
