- IMO, this intro is about how 'broken' and shallow some people are, with their only goal being to fuck others over for their own satisfaction.

- Here he's once again expressing how shallow the person is, with literally no substance to him/her. They are all about appearences and whats on the outside, because they are nothing else. All they care about is getting their 'fix.'

I agree with a guy who commented on many of the tracks of the album, in context this is how Trent feels by the death of her grandmother... And his sorrow turned into rage. It's not clear if it's aimed towards himself or others - after all, he banged on Manson hilariously well on "Starfuckers, Inc." - but it could be that.
It could also be rage directed towards a person who betrayed him in a way - pretty much like the target of "Somewhat Damaged".
and this is song is how i feel about it... so, ultimately, i think this song is about those hedonistic, devolved masses who want more for themselves and fuck everyone else... who can help it. fucking media :P
