I believe it means that she was pregnant ("in her stomach mercury aged") and she performed an abortion on herself killing there baby or babies. (she holds the blood she carves the knives she digs the "wires" in our babies). It's been said that some girls who do there own abortion use clothes hangers so that might be the wire she's using. :)
