    General Comment:"they're the ones who are racist not me"

    That about sums up the whole song. He lives in a neighborhood where he (the white trash in the song) is a minority. He's saying that the black people are the ones who are being racist.

    General Comment:Well the title is a take-off on the saying "There goes the neighborhood".
    Sounds like the neighborhood is a bad place and he has to get out, but there's got to be something in there I'm missing.
