  General Comment:Pretty sure the lyrics are "Sick of this space."
  Definitely sounds like a place and not a girl he's singing to.
  Why would he sing about how she abuses her, how horrible she is to him, then say, gee, wish we could run away together... no no, he's singing about a place.

  General Comment:Oh my god, this song is SO OBVIOUSLY not about a girl. It's about his life, a poor teenage Matt Bellamy stuck in his tiny little English small-town (which he has not hidden his disgust for) and not being able to see the world! I feel the same way ALL THE TIME. I mean, being thriteen and stuck in your little town with people you can't trust, who constantly "abuse your trust" and "bleed you dry" can make you sick. That's how I feel, anyway. I think this song is just about his disust with having to follow rules all the time and constantly live up to the expectations that come with being a teenager. I mean, he was only like, 17 or 18 when he wrote the song.
  
  Anyway, AMAZING song, the live Plymouth version is by far my favorite demo song by them. So raw and unedited and beautiful. Matt's voice sounds so desperate. I love Showbiz (and songs of that era) because I can just relate to them so well.

  Song Meaning:First of all, these lyrics are wrong. Its "cause you bled me dry now".
  
  I think this song is about an emo (sorry for labelling. It's the only way I know how to describe it) who cuts themself and has a girl he is obsessed with. He wastes his whole life trying to get her, then one day realized, she's never gonna love him. So he starts cutting to relese the pain. Now all he wants to do is go away. He doesn't wanna be there anymore, and he wants to leave. No matter what it takes. The cutting had done no permanent harm so far, just a few scars. But one day, he cuts just a little deeper than he had before. All of a sudden, the bleeding won't stop. He tries to fix the wound, but it won't stop bleeding. Eventually, he bleeds to death. His wish was to leave this world, and now his wish has come true, and she'll never see him again.

  General Comment:It's another one of those songs with 2 seperate meanings methinks. Which is genius in itself, but you dont expect anything short of genius form Matt Bellamy.
