The seas have parted,
the endings started,
the sky has turned to black.
A killing spree through eternity,
the devil stabs you in the back,
It's midnight now you must escape somehow,
torture is his leisure,
don't try to hide he'll make you subside,
as he exchanges pain for pleasure,

[Chorus]
Pain for pleasure, he's the hunter you're the game,
Pain for pleasure, Satan is his name!"

General Comment:Slipknot is fucking retarded, even calling it fake metal would be an insult to real metal bands. There's this one kid in my class who thinks he's so hardcore while he listens to slipknot and MCR. And yeah, when I first listened to this I did think it sounded a bit like Metallica but I do listen to other metal bands. (Megadeth, Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, some Dio, and if Alice Cooper could be considered metal then that too.)

General Comment:ok you all stupid morons sum 41 is not paroding metal bands they are tributing them they are influenced by metal bands and they are showing it its not a joke song and they are not trying to be hardcore. i like sum 41 and i am a true metal fan but i like real metal not shit like slipknot that go around screaming shit wearing little masks like its fuckin halloweeen or somethin. this song has the style of classic heavy metal like iron maiden id doesn't sound like metallica but they also like metallica cuz they cover master of puppets at their shows they also cover the trooper from iron maiden.

General Comment:Parts of this song remind me of an old Sega Genesis game... Outrun 2019. Some of the music from that game sounded like a bit of this song.

General Comment:Ok u guys all suck this song is showing that these guys can play songs like all those other bands like mettalica and iron maidon and guns n roses thats why in there video for it there all dressed up like guns n roses.

    And so that everyone knows:
    Dyreck plays drums
Steve sings (usually drunk and all over the stage)
    brown sound plays guitar
    And cone plays bass
    now u all know

General Comment:HAHAH you punk kids are so cute..
the only "heavy" bands you know of are Metallica and Iron Maiden, and when you want to say something is heavy you compare to either Metallica or Iron Maiden...

Anyway, this is a great song, wish it was longer.
Sum 41 is the only "soft" band I listen to.
Their lyrics are so much deeper and better than fuckin Green Hay or Blink 666 or whatever they're called.. fuckin posers
