about the song and one... it related to me when i was in another state staying at my sisters place and i got into a fight with a friend ... these lyrics sounded like my situation and the rest but mostly these were the feelings ....

i think this song is expressing chester's feelings from when he was young. i know he was abused when he was younger, and maybe he didn't get the attention from his parents, or one of his parents that he should have had.

he had so much emotion built up inside, but nobody was there for him to say any of it to. he had to build up all of his emotions inside, and there was no one there for him.

that is pretty much self explanatory... he feels lost, like he's all by himself, and no one is with him or there for him to listen to his feelings.

and he's saying the effort is too little too late. he's already been hurt too bad, that if they tried to make it better and all of a sudden tried being there for him, that it's too late.

I think song is about being hurt by someone and "keeping distance" from that person. The person in this song has a family member which he cares about, his brother or maybe a cousin who cares about, who did an evil deed. He cannot believe that this person, his own "flesh and blood" did this evil deed, so he rejects him/.her with his "ill heart". The person who did the evil deed hurt his heart and left it "disjointed".The singer in this song wants to let out the family member's deed out in the open, aiming for punishment, but he doesnt know where to start or if even he should do it. Meanwhile, the singer decides to keep his distance from the sinner's lies.He also feels that he is alone, because he his the only one that knows about that "secret" deed.He views "anger" as a gift because God has gaved him reasoning and morals. Having anger shows that he knows what is right and wrong.

I'm sure there are some real meanings behind this song but it totally kicks ass. For anyone looking for LP song NOT on HT, then try Kazaa, Morpheus (even though it sucks now), or WinMX like that one dude said. LP RULZ! ;)

I think this song is saying that once u let someone go there is no way to get them back. It is too late to love sumthing after its already gone. It's sad but we really dont realize the joys of life until they're gone.

Maybe this song is about a man who loved a woman. The woman would treat him like dirt and they just kept their distance from each other. Suddenly, the woman began to love him back, but it was too late. *shrugs*

KaZaA does rock..i have 37 songs by them which i wud never be able to get otherwise. this song, to me, obviously represents abandonment which Chester has felt during his lifetime. I at first thought it was estrangment from his parents thanks to "I’ve got no commitment To my own flesh and blood". But i have heard nothing about an argument between them.. so i scratched that."Keep it locked up inside" represents feelings he has kept bottled up and kept a secret. "Cannot express To the point I’ve regressed If anger’s a gift, then I guess I’ve been blessed" Means that he has accepted his anger, but is ashamed to the point in his life it has brought him. I think he means it sort of sarcastically, meaning that he has too much anger and doesnt know what to do with it.

Instead of going to P2P networks to get this song, you can go the the audio section of www.robengel.com for it...and it beats paying 25 dollars for it, but there's still some other good stuff for it.... oh well...
I honestly think this a great song... I love all the comments on it and agree with them..

i think this song is about someone who has been hurting for a long ass time, and theyre heart has been trampled on so much its like disjointed and they are trying to get away from the person doing this to them, and they are so mad, and cant express it so its kept up inside them
