Always see it on T.V.
Or read in a magazines
Celebrities want sympathy
All they do is piss and moan
Inside the rolling stone
Talkin' about how hard life can be

I'd like to see them spend a week
Livin' life out on the street
I don't think they would survive
If they could spend a day or two
Walking in someone else's shoes
I think they'd stumble and they fall
(they would fall, fall)

Lifestyles of the rich and the famous
They're always complainin'
Always complainin'
If money is such a problem
Well they got mansions
Think we should rob them

Well did you know when you were famous you could kill your wife
And there's no such thing as 25 to life
As long as you've got the cash, to pay for Cochran
And did you know if you were caught and you were smokin' crack
McDonalds wouldn't even want to take you back
You could always just run for mayor of D.C.

I'd like to see them spend a week
Livin' life out on the street
I don't think they would survive
If they could spend a day or two
Walking in someone else's shoes
I think they'd stumble and they fall
They would fall

Lifestyles of the rich and the famous
They're always complainin'
Always complainin'
If money is such a problem
Well they got mansions
Think we should rob them (rob them)
(They would fall, they would fall)

Lifestyles of the rich and the famous
They're always complainin'
Always complainin'
If money is such a problem
You got so many problems
Think I could solve them

Lifestyles of the rich and famous
We'll take your clothes, cash, cars, and homes just stop complainin'
Lifestyles of the rich and famous
Lifestyles of the rich and famous
Lifestyles of the rich and famous

General Comment:-yourfaceherefkr-, so amazingly true. seriously, if i was getting paid to do what i love, i would keep my mouth shut. no, not even that. i think i'd keep going on and on about how amazingly lucky i am. wish i could invite some celebrities over to my city, let them live my life. that'd give em a shock so bad they wouldn't forget.

General Comment:This song talks about how celebrities complain about how they "have it so bad"
Wow, I wish people following me around, taking pictures of me, being rich and famous were my only problems.
This song makes a really good point.

General Comment:Another hypocritical song. Bitching at the rich an the famous and while its got some truth, they are the fucking rich and famous. This is simply and attempt to give them some sort of punk imagery.

    Lame.

General Comment:Thanks, Wizar! I was amazed that no one had made the connection to Marion Berry in their comments.

I was just going to say the same thing. Being from DC myself, I always take pleasure in hearing them poke fun at that crack head.

It's actually true, however, that McDonalds won't hire a person with a proven drug history but apparently the people of this Nation's Capital will. Ah, the irony.
