awwwwwwwwwwww thsi song makes me brake down in tears to guys! i thought i was the only one glad i have your support so i know im not just sum physco kid who crys at every song she hears. yes this is my favorite favorite song off the adio boxer ep that is worth the whole 5 bucks just to get this song! go soco!

this song is about andrew's current girlfriend...he wrote it because he didnt think it was gonna happen but obviously it did. Great song, one of their best.

i barely heard this song today and it brought me to tears. it's so beautifully written. the line that gets me is when he says "And what did I do that you can’t seem to want me?". perfect.

I don't want anyone talking shit to me because I say this...but why is the band talented because they make you cry? Someone told me one of my songs made them think twice about suicide and then told me that I saved his life, yet I have never been told I'm talented. I hate my life.

I love Something Corporate... I saw them in concert and they kicked ass. I'm so mad this song isn't on Leaving Through the Window, but thats ok. This song is so amazingly deep... just the way they sing it makes me so sad. "I could stay here all day, but that's not how you feel"... that is so true to me. "And what did I do that you can’t seem to want me? Why do we lie here and whisper goodbyes? Where can I go that your pictures won’t haunt me? What makes it so easy for you to be walking by?"... that also gets me every time. Keep up the good work guys.

this song is amazing for the heartbroken one that's left behind. the lyrics that fit most to me are "these nights I get high just from breathing/when I lie here with you I'm sure that I'm real/like that firework over the freeway/I could stay here all day but that's not how you feel" so wonderful.q

this is a really great song, so far i think ever SoCo song i have heard i have liked, thats talent. I can really relate to the lyrics "why do you look when you've already found me" so true, i think we all know people like that.

i never noticed how sweet this song was until one morning I woke up and it was just beginning. It was turned down really low ,and I could barely hear Andrew's sweet voice. It sounded like an angel. Right there in bed I began to cry. Ever since I tear up whenever I hear it.

Well, I already said what I thought the 'Cheshire Cat Doorstop' was referring to...the girl who's leaving him. I can just picture her, standing at the door (she's about to leave, holding the door open, as a doorstop would), smiling because she wants him to not be sad, to smile back, too, because it hurts her, too, to be leaving him ((the Cheshire Cat in Alice in Wonderland was known for smiling, as shown best in the Disney adaptation, when he disappears completely except for his smile))...like when you know that things aren't ok, but you smile sadly anyway because you want everyone else to be okay...the girl is always smiling, though she is crying because it hurts her to go.
