Nope, you're even wrong. It's a Slade song. Quiet Riot covered it and made it big. Oasis version is the best though

What does this song mean to me? Well, I have a friend who refuses to listen to oasis on some kinda principle, so we put this on in her house, convinced her it was Slade and by the time she loved it, we told her who it was and she had to admit they're not that bad!!

So it took a Slade song to convince her? They couldn't convince her with one of their own songs? I've been in bands for a lot of years. The songs I have written totally suck but I can play other people's music very well. It's much easier to sound good covering someone else's music.

meh, i like Oasis, and Quiet Riot, and sasly never heard the Slade version, but I do not think that Oasis version was the best, gratned it was good, but I love Quiet Riot's version much more

Anyway, I heard slade's version and Oasis' version, although not quiet riot. If Im honest I prefer the oasis one to the Slade one!

Slade always spells their tunes like that, how they sound when you say it. Excellent cover, like the Oasis version and Slade's orignal.

Seriously, type in "Oasis cum on feel the noize maine road 96" or something for the best version. One of the few songs I can say it sound sbetter live. Liam at his best.
