If we still have time, we might still get by
Every time I think about it, I want to cry
With bombs and the devil, and the kids keep comin'
No way to breathe easy, no time to be young

But I tell myself that I was doin' all right
There's nothin' left to do at night
But to go crazy on you
Crazy on you
Let me go crazy, crazy on you, oh

My love is the evenin' breeze touchin' your skin
The gentle, sweet singin' of leaves in the wind
The whisper that calls after you in the night
And kisses your ear in the early moonlight
And you don't need to wonder, you're doing fine
My love, the pleasure's mine

Let me go crazy on ya
Crazy on you
Let me go crazy, crazy on you, ohhh

Wild man's world is cryin' in pain
What you gonna do when everybody's insane
So afraid of one who's so afraid of you
What you gonna do...ohhh...

(Ah-ah-ah-ah)

Ooooo...Crazy on ya
Crazy on you
Let me go crazy, crazy on you

I was a willow last night in my dream
I bent down over a clear running stream
Sang you the song that I heard up above
And you kept me alive with your sweet flowing love

Crazy
Yeah, crazy on ya
Let me go crazy, crazy on you, oh
Crazy on ya
Crazy on you
Let me go crazy, crazy on you, yeah

(Ah-ah-ah-ah)

Crazy on ya
Crazy on you
Let me go crazy, crazy on you, ohhh...

General Comment:lari_doo, is this like SKIN ON SKIN? Not sure is she could handle both songs in one night, but you could always ask her when you see her again.

Song Meaning:I remember listening to this song on the radio growing up. Back then I always imagined it was about a man and woman making love and the woman being wildly passionate (â€crazyâ€). Don’t know if it’s true or not, but it still is a strong image for me.

General Comment:overall the Vietnam interpretation seems to make more sense, though the Dennis Wilson/Charles Manson story is intriguing.

ever seen the short film (about 2 min.) called "Mixtape", directed by Luke Snellin? its use of a snippet from this song is memorable. well, obviously the film is about music...among other things.

General Comment:Love. Passion. Lust. Haven't you ever wanted to "go crazy" on someone???

I have someone in mind right now.... ;-)

General Comment:Ann Wilson says this is a song that protests the Nam, which the sisters have strong feelings about. It is about trying to escape the world. It's not about Charles Manson or Dennis Wilson (whom Ann has no relation with). Ann Wilson has not had a relationship since Mike Fisher.

General Comment:As far as I know Anne wrote this after taking too many 'Shrooms. No lie! She was completely freaking out about the world around her & spilling it into the lyrics Hence, "Crazy on You". I read about it in an interview...
    Also from wikipedia...
"The song's lyrics tell of a woman's desire to forget all the problems of the world during one night of lust and passion. According to Ann Wilson, the lyrics were written under the influence of mushrooms."

General Comment:I love this song! Heart obviously does an amazing job with it, but I thought Carly Smithson from American Idol also did a great job.
