In a haze
A stormy haze
I'll be round
I'll be loving you
Always, always

Here I am and I take my time
Here I am and I'll wait in line
Always, always

Memory:In GTA San Andreas, sometimes from high flying plane i got out for free fall.. if u open up parachutes too soon, u get stuck to fall slowly, even may take long 5-6 minutes long, or much longer, as i just restarted game from the last save.. :P

This song parachutes, is just like same.. In love, he opened up parachute too soon, he has nothing to do now except waiting.. waiting till he can touch the ground, another option can be getting rid of the parachute and die, but thats not any solution.. So he will wait, wait, wait, like the person high above with parachutes on his back...

General Comment:sometimes a song does not have to be an epic 20 minute power balade to mean something or make an impact.

General Comment:Hahh, I'm confused. Someone explain this to me?
What with the two versions of Parachutes, the long one and, well, this one?
Who's singing the long one? Where can I find it?
    What's up with that?

Somebody please explain this to a confused girl. Haha. xD

General Comment:yeah i think you all are right about the fact that its about a man/woman saying to his other that he will be there through the thick or thin, but look at the length of the song. I got this actions speak louder than words feel from this. That promises were made, but they were just empty.

The length of the song i think was deliberate in sending a very complex message.

    General Comment:I love this song.
I wish it was longer, though.
It definitely reminds me of unrequited love.

"he will always be there for that person that hes talking about, he will always be there if they need a "parachute" "
    Dude, that's a good interpretation! :D
I was wondering about the "Parachute" title, and that actually makes a lot of sense.
