The sunrise fills your eyes, cannot hear your cries
Pleading, "Please just go away, I can't take another day of this"
No surprise, a surplus of lies, freed from the skies
Is there something that I missed? Can't even take another day of this

Lower than piss, have you ever felt like this?
She can't recall the last time she avoided it
Lower than piss, have you ever felt like this?
Judging by your eyes like crystal balls
Madam Me is predicting that your answer will be yes

The sunrise burned out your eyes, failed to apologize
As it was eating at your face
Took your smile away without a trace of it
Warmer than piss, have you ever felt like this?

Just might take a fever to encounter it
Knee deep in shit, there's no avoiding it
From your knees, you're coated brown
To your toes there is no sound like this

And I will keep you warm in Hell
And I will keep you warm in Hell
And I will keep you warm in Hell
Way down in Hell...

General Comment:and to brittany666: it's not that she is predictable; rather that she is so worn out and run down that he can see the answer in her tired eyes: "lower than piss, have you ever felt like this? judging by your eyes like crystal balls, madam me's predicting that your answer would be yes."

General Comment:I believe this song to be about Madame Blavatsky, a founder of the Theosophical Society. Research her and see for yourself.

General Comment:I don't think this song is about anything as scandalous as a romance. I think that Matt and the "She" mentioned are just friends. Lately, "She" has been horribly depressed. She can't even bear to see the sun, and she's horribly upset because it means that she made it through the night. Matt's been through it too; a lot of of us have. But she's been stuck for a while, and he can't really help her. His only consolation is that they'll both be dead and in hell together, and then he will be there to keep her warm. And Matt (and Dan) like hell.

General Comment:Perfect for the times when I'm horribly depressed. It's my anthem for when I ponder suicide.

General Comment:i think this song is about a toxic relationship and all they do is fight. i love the line judging by your eyes like crystal balls madam me predicting that your answer will be yes. it means she is so predictable that he knows exactly what is coming before she says it. and he doesnt want to see her ever again until they meet in hell

General Comment:another great song by matt. "and i will keep you warm in hell" such a dark side being shown by the trio, and it helps their image, they not only write songs but they are viewed differently depending on how they write their lyrics, its great.

trio is my favorite band by far... i actually created a poem using ALL 91 of their songs. Each song is special in its own way so I am going to give credit to all of them and post my website (maxpages.com/…) where you are more than welcome to read my poem and post your comments and opinions, have a good one fellow trio fans (-:

General Comment:I think germantownrd rather bluntly hit the nail on the head. The fever thing is a clear drug withdrawl reference which is a clue to the other ones.
