Well, I've never heard this song but it looks like it's about his youth. Kurt once said that people in his school used to beat him up "You're nothing but a punk rock faggot

this is a BSB cover, and they actually wrote it about Hole's Courtney Love which is why Kurt, Aj's secret lover, beat him up and faked his death, right? have i been reading too much Star magazine again? Ps. AJ I'm pregnant !!!!!!!!! (im buffy)

This is not a Nirvana song. This is off the FAKE Fecal Matter song the actual recording of Buffy's Pregnant has not surfaced.

Anyone who thinks the guy who performed this song sounds like Kurt Cobain needs to get their ears examined immediately.

pentalarc, there are no known performances of Buffy's Pregnant. Even if they existed this version of the song is from the FAKE Fecal Matter demo.

The FAKE Fecal Matter demos were recorded in 1998 and went off the limited information available about them in the Nirvana community.

Mike Ziegler obtained an actual copy of the Fecal Matter demo a few years ago from Dale Crover. [Melvins drummer who was the drummer for the real Fecal Matter demo]

The lyrics of the real version as transcribed by Ziegler were like this:

These lyrics are off. But the Real Buffy's Pregnant is from the Fecal Matter Demo. Here's what I got on it:

Buffy's Pregnant goes:

"Buffy's pregnant, you'll fit the class/we'll all debate
who's got the nicest ass\spreading mind-games etc.....
Chorus "Clone" (x5)

It has some funny spoken word parts where Kurt impersonates a cheerleader and talks about beating up "punk rock faggots."
This demo is hard to come by. Some bootleggers have it, but they don't circulate it.
