Blow the candles out to raise to the night
Let all the tension out
You've been wound up so tight

It's a tender trap to plan ahead all the time
If you measure the world
By what you leave behind

Welcome to the saving grace
Welcome to the saving grace
There's a sunset on the road
Reappearing as we go

Keep the glass topped up it's not over just yet
Pull off the social bluff celebrate your success
Turn the sunlight out to find a place in the shade

If you measure the world
By the mark that you make

Welcome to the saving grace
Welcome to the saving grace
There's a sunset on the road
Reappearing as we go

General Comment:too right, this is a bloody good song. It too reminds me of driving in Australia. i think it's kind of a call to forget all about the things that hold us down, and to not worry about the bad things happening to us, because it's going to be alright...

General Comment:This song reminds me of driving along the Great Ocean Road in Victoria. Like most songs on this album i think it is about coming to terms with where life has led you, and learning to appreciate that you are doing OK, no matter what life throws at you. Success isn't about possessions. Success is not having to wear a suit everyday.
