Lyrics for Black Label as interpreted by Hypothermic_Allergy

Black Label Lyrics
The human condition is inherit claustrophobia.
Compression of my space made complete.
I would rip out my own entrails by hand just to be alone.
Inanity rolls total through this sphere.
Ostracized for clarity of vision.
A dream unrealized of solitudethat i should decend into autonomy
& know the pain of fellowship no more. I feel nothing but a lack of space.
Paradox of socialization results in duress.
Rife with hostility, what has caused me so much hate?
Humanity. Exterminate with extreme predjudice.

I think it's about being materialistic and fake.
"paradox of socialization results in duress"
Socialization results in duress (duress = forcible confinement) is paradoxic in the sense that, you'd think someone being social would have lots of friends and be free and stuff, but really that person has to live up to his/her friend's standards and might be able to truly be who they wish to be.

"Ostracized for clarity of vision"
Becoming an outcast for not trying to be cool or fit in, he has clarity of vision (that is, he knows what's important and that trying to be a part of the "in crowd" is not important)

Anyways, that's just my two cents.

He's sick of people and wants to get away but he can't escape.
He's really fed up with all the obnoxious, racist, and ersatz fakes of the human race.

"Humanity. Exterminate with extreme predjudice."

By this I think he means that we're killing ourselves with religious and racial intolerances and other forms of prejudice. Like through hatred we'll lead ourselves to the decline of humanity.

yeah thats pretty much it. hes saying how misanthropic he is and how much he wishes everyone would just fuck off. i duno about the last line meaning that though. i always just took it as him saying to exterminate people. since he hates them so bad he wishes that he or somebody else would just kill them all. "exterminate with extreme prejudice" is a term often just meaning kill them no matter what.

I think it's about how there is no more space in the world. Theres too many people, and it's getting in the way. It's making the world an all around shitty place to be. With more people there is just more things to hate. He's sick of it all and wants everyone to die... maybe.

Wait nevermind my last post. Everyone is in his face because he's famous and he wants them to leave him the fuck alone. He can't get them to back off so the only way out is to kill everyone. Maybe not because he's famous, maybe just because people are nosey assholes.

No matter how bad I hate people I wouldn't rip out my entrails.
Singing 101 - Screaming is not Singing. Unless it is used to either enhance a real singing voice. A.K.A Yes you will hate me,
Hawtorne Heights.
They don't only use screaming because they have no talent, yet they use it to enhance the vocals, of the main singer, to show that it is an important part.
That is why they're sucessful, not because they sold out. Why I am talking about Hawthorne Heights, I have no fucking idea.

Anyone notice when they play this song live, Randy says "I would rip my own entrails by hand, just to have some space" not "just to be alone" ? Even on Killadelphia.
Song is about being over-crowded by people and needing space.

First, (I can't believe nobody has said this yet) The actual song IS gibberish. It is called Black Label because that is the type of beer that they were trashed from when they wrote the song. The lyrics are just there to fuck with your head. I know this for a FACT. Just ask LOG

I think danageplan nailed it on the head ... I believe most of New American Gospel is gibberish, though I have convinced myself sometimes I can follow along :-p The lyrics they supplied with the song though are brutal, if not a bit counter-productive to society. :-D
