    General Comment:It's a warning to an unborn child. Basically Randy is describing what society views him as. If you read it with the rest of the lyrics on the album you'll notice the the entire thing is a description of the technology infested world we live in today vs the evil but transendentalist form of living. In other songs like in the absense of the sacred he talks about digitized life and how boring any person will be if they follow. In this song he warns of the shit that any person will get if they follow his path to life which is not the norm.
