    General Comment:You can never tell when your other half will come waltzing into your life, and if you go looking for it, chances are, you will NEVER find it.I wasn't looking for my other half but she so effortlessly made her way into my life. This is the song that I share so dearly with my best friend in the whole wide world. She's yellow, and I'm blue; whenever we're together we make the perfect shade of green! I would do anything to lift her up :) We're like sisters :)

    Blue= sadness
    Yellow= happiness
    together they make Green= jealousy/ calming effect

    I think in all relationships you will find all of the above.

    General Comment:This is the only Used song I know but I'm glad I know it. I think this is how the blue and yellow symbolism works: these are two totally different colors and depending on how you mix them, they can turn out an ugly shade of green or a pretty shade of green. Green could also relate to envy, but I don't know enough about the friendship this song is based on to comment further on that. Anyway, I wanna hear more stuff from these guys now since finally hearing this song.

    Song Meaning:i know that threw the interviews and all that stuff that this is supposedly about friendship. but to me i took it as on the level of love. it never seems like you find someone until you're not looking, and you're happy being yourself, by yourself. and i think maybe its about a past relationship where he let someone go, but didn't say anything to stop them like he did other times. and as far as waste some time with you goes, i think its more in the sense that he has wasted time on someone, and regrets it. sort of like being a smartass. i dunno, just what i think. bad ass song though.
