    General Comment:It kind of sounds like he's all alone on the planet.
    "There's no sign of life," maybe he was the only survivor after a nuclear war.

    "my eyes are so cloudy i can't see you" it's probably the smoke from the bombs.

    "Is there anybody out there trying to get through?"
    He's alone waiting to see if someone will come to possibly create life all over again, it's very hopeful.
