Contact is all it takes
To change your life to lose your
place in time
Contact! asleep or awake
Coming around you may wake up
to find
Questions deep within your
eyes,
Now more than ever you realize
So when you sense a change
Nothing feels the same
All your dreams are strange,
love comes walkin' in
Some kind of alien
Waits for the opening
Then simply pulls a string
Another world, some other time
You lay your sanity on the line
Familiar faces familiar sights
Reach back remember with all
your might
Ohh there she stands in a
silken gown
Silver lights shining down
So when you sense a change
Nothing feels the same
All your dreams are strange,
love comes walkin' in
Some kind of alien
Waits for the opening
Then simply pulls a string, love
comes walkin' in
Sleep and dream is all I crave
I travel far across the milky way
To my master I become a slave\
Tel we meet again some other day
Where silence speaks as loud
as war
And the earth returns to what it
was before
So when you sense a change
Nothing feels the same
All your dreams are strange,
love comes walkin' in
Some kind of alien
Waits for the opening
Then simply pulls a string, love
comes walkin' in
To change your life to lose your
place in time
Contact! asleep or awake
Coming around you may wake up
to find
Questions deep within your
eyes,
Now more than ever you realize
So when you sense a change
Nothing feels the same
All your dreams are strange,

"Contact is all that it takes
To change your life, to lose your place in time
Contact. Asleep or awake
Coming around you may wake up to find" - Having sex... all it takes is one time!!
"And then you sense a change
Nothin' feels the same
All your dreams are strange
Love comes walkin' in
Some kind of alien
Waits for the opening
Simply pulls a string" - Everything changes. The "alien" is the sperm and the egg has the little opening.
"Ooh, and there she stands in a silken gown
Silver lights shinin' down" - Having the baby. The big light in the doctors office.
It's a reference to Lilith/Lilitu.
This is the only thing that explains all the imagery from silken gown to silver lights to being like 'some kind of alien'.
Lilith is occult figure generally known to appear during the 'night' or the 'dream state'. In some of the Jewish Folklore and Biblical references she is referred to as a succubus or demon.
But in the occult, she is often referenced as the embodiment of love and wisdom(or enlightenment).
The song starts and ends defining all the new feelings and sensations that love brings to the people when real, ultimate love is finally here with us. Surely, I guess that no one can say "I felt in love and life doesn't change for me, everything was the same as ever..." or a similar phrase denying the impact of love in every people.
What Sammy is telling us love can happen anytime at any place, even if you do not realize it until it has actually occurred. The alien metaphor maybe a little strange yet realizing you are in love with someone is also strange. And yes the strings will make you do things that you never done otherwise. Master and slave, Sting sand about that as well.
If you do some research on those topics the origin of the song becomes quite clear. A lot of 70's artists wrote lyrics, or had lyrics written for them, that were written in code that makes sense to somebody who is involved in the occult.
I'm not involved in the occult, witchcraft, or mind control. I've just done a lot of research on those subjects. It's funny how these old songs...lyrics I never put much thought into...make sense to me now. It's almost like listening to them for the first time again.
Contact is all that it takes
(A visit from the other side or some other kind of sign)
To change your life, to lose your place in time
(To understand the meaning of life and remember where you came from)
Contact. Asleep or awake
(A visit while you're asleep or a sign when you're awake)
Coming around you may wake up to find
(You will start to become "enlightened"…)
Questions deep within your eyes
(You will have more questions)
Now more than ever, you realize
(Questions are answered when you see more signs or find answers within yourself)
And then you sense a change
(You are different now with your new knowledge)
Nothing feels the same
(life has new meaning)
All your dreams are strange
(You dream of the the place from where you came which is new but familiar)
Love comes walking in
(You can feel the love that awaits you when you return)
Some kind of alien
(The first realization…)
Waits for the opening
(… when you are ready…)
Simply pulls a string
(… the “unreality” of earthly life is revealed and you become more and more “enlightened”)
Another world, some other time
(the other side, you were there before this life)
You lay your sanity on the line
(you believe this is true even if others will think you are crazy)
Familiar faces, familiar sights
(because you are finding the answers within yourself…)
Reach back, remember with all your might
(you keep trying to find more answers)
Ooh, and there she stands in a silken gown
(The knowledge…)
Silver lights shining down
(… is beautiful)
Oh, sleep and dream; that's all I crave
(Always longing the next sign or glimpse)
I travel far across the milky way
(you try to find more in your dreams; your spirit reaches outward...)
To my master I become a slave
(... but it's too hard and your spirit is a slave to your body for now…)
'Til we meet again some other day
(… until you get to go back home at the end of this life)
Where silence speaks as loud as war
(Where peace and love are everything…)
Earth returns to what it was before
(… we will all return home)
about producing a hybrid of alien and human as it has always been. Having the best the
sexual dream imaginable only to get a flash of some tall female form on top of you.
You have now sewn your seed and you may have created some new life on some distant part of the universe...look at what Sammy Hagar wrote in his Guitar World magazine interview...this was what he was explaining....it has nothing to do with witchcraft.
Your statement, although vague, is obviously right on the money.
Your statement, although vague, is obviously right on the money.
A person involved in witchcraft would immediately understand the implied meaning of this song.
And to the person who replied about having a sexual dream only to find a female form on top of you...that's Lilith as well.
Lilith is represented by the owl or snake or the anzu bird.
Two of them(owl and anzu bird) are actually represented on the one dollar bill, which shows how deep the influence goes.
Any more than that, you can look into it yourself and draw your own conclusions.
