    General Comment:It's off the The Smashing Pumpkins Demo Tape.
    This is one of my favorite pre-Gish demos.
    I agree with everyone's interpretation of the lyrics.

    I just think it's about when you are in a depressive state, you are lost and trying to find some purpose in your life because you feel so numb.

    General Comment:Wasn't that hard to find.. I found both the live and the studio (recorded version) where the audio is just fine.. the guitar effect is amazing.. so haunting.. I love the lyric "Lost I go into your hiding room" Though I always thought he said "Must I go into your hiding room?" Which kinda gives it a even darker meaning and a little more depth..

    General Comment:yeah...very early song...i got a version that they played at the metro club in chicago(live,i guess)...its intitled Sun[cut]...the sound is not that good, but nonetheless is gives some shivers inside when I hear it...
    obviously the meaning is, as crimsoncrushedrose said, feeling empty and having no idea where to turn to, since something dark has happen to him

    General Comment:Amazing song...seems to be about being ...well...lost.Inside. I believe it morphed from Billy's song 'Death of a Mind' when he was in The Marked...not positive,but I'm fairly sure. Anyways,gorgeous song...really gives that sense of being clouded in fog and trying to find a way out, but being unable to...stumbling blindly in the darkness and being so very numb. Gorgeous.
