This is apparently from Mike Watts point of view. He had felt himself not significant enough to write anything with meaning or substance. a sort of self concious "who am I?..." situation. Then, a realization hit him. "Well," he thought, "Bob Dylan wrote propoganda songs. And look how much people love him for it"
He then proceeded to write about the experiance. and hooray for that.
