    General Comment:It's basically saying that our lives are controlled by television, and nobody thinks for themselves anymore, or follows their own feelings...It was another SOAD song (can't remember the name) where Serj says "You change the channel and you change their minds" So they are really stressing life like that is "So unnecessary.

    And as far as the title goes...here it is guys, prepare to have your mind blown.
    The song is 36 measures long. For those of you who aren't musicians, a measure is a small bar of written music containing a certain amount of notes, and there are 36 in this song.

    General Comment:im sorry if someone has said this already but i had to weed through so much crap i skipped half of teh comments here.

    .36 is a caliber of a gun, and im pretty sure what hes tryign to say here is if you cant handle the pace of life and feel like everything is moving to fast, some people feel the only way to get back that control is to commit suicide. It isn't so literal but its implied, cuz its more like Serj is asking "Will you live at your own pace?" I guess without understanding the title the rest of the song makes shit all sense.
