Gold dust woman,
Take your silver spoon
And dig your grave

One last challenge
Pick your path and I'll pray

Wake up in the morning
See your sunlight burning to go down
Lousy lovers pick their graves
But they never cry out loud

Did she make you cry
Make you break down
Shatter your illusions of love
Is it over now do you know how
Pick up the pieces and go home

Gold dust Woman,
Follow those who pale
In your shadow

Rulers make bad lovers
You better put your kingdom up for sale

Did she make you cry
Make you break down
Shatter your illusions of love
Is it over now -- do you know how
Pickup the pieces and go home

General Comment:"...shadow of a woman; Black widow..."

Dictionary: "Black Widow" - A disingenuous woman who exploits her position in a relationship to the detriment of her partner.

I think it's strange that Courtney sang these lyrics, seeing as she's been accused of being a "Black Widow" countless times. She probably realized this, and that's why she sang it with such emotion and also why this is one of the best covers (my opinion, of course) EVER.

^ I meant no offense to Courtney in the above paragraph, just saying I don't believe she's stupid, and she probably noticed that the lyrics in this song could apply to her according to a LOT of people.

General Comment:I'm usually not a fan of covers (except 80's punk covers), but this one is good. I love the original too.

General Comment:Amazing cover. It's like Satan herself is singing from Hell.

General Comment:This has to be the best track on the "The Crow: City of Angels" soundtrack. I think they did a great job covering this, although i'm prolly committing a cardinal sin of Fleetwood Mac for admitting that. Oh well, i still think this is one of the best covers ever done.
