    General Comment:I love this song! The meaning is pretty self explainatory, so deep, so personal. I have been on both sides of this. During my first relationship i felt abandon in my most recent i left. I can say from expereince that it is hard on either side. This song puts feelings and emotions so raw into words. Great song if you are the one who is hurting to help you not feel so alone, better song if you are the one causing pain so you can learn to be more cautious in the future

    General Comment:Part of the song implies that both people know what it's like to keep people at arm's length at all times, which is probably part of why they bonded in the first place. As soon as the singer started to open up to this person and got more serious about things, the person split and acts as if she's moved on, expecting the singer to remain friends with her. What makes the singer feel so terrible is the fact that she thought that out of all people, she could trust this person, as they'd both been through the same thing in the past.

    It's a terrible feeling when you realize the one person you thought you could trust turns out to be the one who betrays you to the most extreme extent, but as this song illustrates, you still love the person regardless...something you have to just learn to put the walls back up because of and live with.

    I love how vulnerable she sounds in the last half of the song during the chorus.
