Alright all you crazy cats and chiks, Blink 182 (or sum 41 good cahrlette nfg or any other band like them) is not punk rock. (especially GC, god they suck, seriously, there music is the same phrase over and over). It's called either so-cal pop, or pop-punk. If you want punk, maybe BR (politcal plka actually) or (i cant spell) the ramones. Still, blink 182 seems to hit home with a lot of there songs. and there shows, my god never before have i seen so many 13 year old boobies. They always sing about shit like this, and if you egocentrical homophobes would no ttake everything so seriosuly it would be funny. Peace out

Who cares if the song is perverted or not, its funny, and blink writes damn good serious songs too. Thats why they are the koolest band there is. But they arent punk/rock, theyre pop/punk

blink used to be punk, or at least something close to it. back in the days of Chesire Cat and Dude Ranch they were about as punk as, say, Lagwagon or Ten Foot Pole. They're not punk now, but observant people will notice that they don't claim to be. they're now a pop band with some punkish leanings. they're still a very good band, better than 95% of the other shit on the radio and MTV. and just because people like them doesn't mean they're considering blink or themselves to be punk, so please, just shut the fuck up about it. if you like blink, awesome. (I do too.) If you don't, that's cool too. Let's be open minded about other people's opinions without all the personal attacks, ok? If you kids don't behave, I'll turn this car right around and we'll go home!

why are there so many people that are so anti blink, why do they care so much. nothing tops blink in my opinion so why are there all of these little arguments in all of the little comment things about if blink is punk or if blink is pop or if their humor is funny, if u dont like it then dont listen to it i dont need to hear about it those people who hate it so shud just not care so much. have u ever gotten anywhere wiht all of this fighting. who would take time to try to convince a hard core blink fan that they are wrong and that blink is bad ? what that makes no sense if u ask me, then again u didnt ask me meh....fighting is for dumbasses with to much pride. dont waste time and just go back and stop trying so hard to be heard, just sit down and be passive. b/c tru fans really dont give a shit what u think.

personally i think blink is awesome, i can see how death of zero doesnt like it. there are aspects of blinks music that that type of person wouldnt like. but his depicting them like they are pop, like britney spears, or lindsey Lohan. they are no where near that kind of crap. A)They write there own lyrics. B) They Write There Own chord progressions. and C)It's liked by people with an open mind towards music, well i do admit there are people of just jump on the blink bandwagon, but a majority of us blink fans like there stuff from Dude ranch, and Cheshire Cat, which is punk. So you can bag people that are listening to some of there immature humor, just because its the trend. but please dont bag us blink fans that have an open mind towards music.
