    General Comment:I read a while back that when Oasis started out they were the warm up for a band called "Sister Lovers" which might have been where Noel's phrase came from....

    General Comment:When I first heard this song, in about 1998, I had it on repeat for hours. Still today, 10 years on almost to the day I still don't tire of it. The corus used to remind me of another famous song but i've heard it too much now.

    I think it's about having love and faith in your sister (or brother) - your friend, relative or lover rather than faith in religion. He gets everything (food, air etc) from his 'sister', and nothing from 'the lord'.

    I always thought the corus should climb back up a key towards the end of loveeeeeeeeeeeeerrrrrrrrrrrrrr....
