pushin the law again
pushin the law again
pushin the law again

justice with a sword
a smiling knight on board

pushin the law again

opening his heart to everyone
and loving without a doubt
embracing friends and embarrassing foes
and those who were unjust
a man true to his heart without fear or misgivings
with insecurity tatooed across his body
the first to accept the last to dissappoint
he understood all and expected nothing

now you are free
free to roam in the skies
now and then visit me
with your starlit eyes
NOW!!!!!!!!!!!

pushin the law again
pushin the law again

justice with a sword
a smiling knight on board

you took all our hearts with your smile
and left a legacy untold
you conquered life and fear
so you see there was no room for you to grow old

now you are free
free to roam in the skies
now and then visit me
with your starlit eyes

NOW YOU ARE FREE
FREE TO ROAM IN THE SKIES
now and then visit me
with your starlit eyes

pushin the law again
pushin the law again

General Comment:we were ready for anything is actually the best song there, yeah,it's fucking sad and the cool part on chorus:you are not gone we we keep you here inside us you are not gone we know you're still beside us you are not gone we have this light you gave to us...It's SNOT with COREY TAYLOR of SlipKnoT.fucking awesome.the song is called REQUIEM.
like REQUIEM FOR A DREAM,the greatest movie ever.with mulholland drive, sure.

General Comment:Knave: you like Malice Mizer, awesome!

but yeah, thanks, I had this song for a while and had no idea who it was.
I have a lot of songs from that tribute and don't know who they are (including that "we were ready for anything" song. ..which is still my favorite). It's real good.

General Comment:Yes the song is about Lynn Strait. He was KILLED in a car accident by a drunk driver. I'm sure that's what the line "Pushin the law again" may refer too.... All those stupid muther fuckers who drink and think they can still drive.

General Comment:After Lynn Strait died, Lajon of Sevendust and the remaining members of Snot decided to make a tribute album, entitled Strait Up. Every song on the album is the remaining members of Snot along with guest vocals, and the majority of the artists featured were on the Ozzfest Snot was on the bill of.

And yeah, it was via car crash.

General Comment:well, it's prety obvious to anyone tha this is a song aobut SOMEone who died, but specifically, this is a osng about Lynn Strait from snot, who died.. somehow.. can't remebre how he died. Anyway, snot and system of a down were pretty budy buddy i guess, the album tha this is on is actually callede "strai Up" which is the Lynn Strai memorial CD, kinda like Shinwa with Mlaice Mizer after thier drummer died
