First of all I love the sound of this song, Second of all I always tied it with Learning how to succeed (Learning to fly), but just recently I realized that in life you have ups and then you go down, so "what goes up must come down." Everything in life must come to an end, good and bad. What ever is ending is followed by its opposite. If you are doing well, you will hit a speed bump, might knock you down for a little bit, or way longer, might hit you hard, or keep you standing. If you are doing poorly, you may get hit much worse, but you WILL ALWAYS come back up! Something will save you, a thought, person, event, or sleep! BUT "Coming down is the hardest thing... so I started up from God knows where, I guess I'll know when I get there." Life will beat you down, break your heart, steal your crown (Pride). But you have to keep trying, because your learning to fly!!! Hang in there!
So I know this song could be about anything. It could be about drugs, but I am sticking to what I believe. And actually, it doesn't even matter what it really means, or what it means to other people, I just find that it means this way to me! Also it doesn't matter if this song was written with drugs, or without, its a damn good song. It is in my top 10!
