There's nothing you can say
Nothing you can do
There's nothing in between
You know the truth

Nothing left to face
There's nothing left to lose
Nothing takes your place

When they say
You're not that strong
You're not that weak
It's not your fault
And when you climb up to your hill
Up to your place
I hope you're well

There's nothing left to prove
There's nothing I won't do
There's nothing like the pain
I feel for you

Nothing left to hide
Nothing left to fear
I am always here

When they say
You're not that strong
You're not that weak
It's not your fault
And when you climb up to your hill
Up to your place
I hope you're well

What you want
What you lost
What you had
What is gone is over

What you got
What you love
What you need
What you have is real

It's not enough
It's not enough
It's not enough
It's not enough, I'm sorry

It's not enough
It's not enough
It's not enough
It's not enough

When they say
You're not that strong
You're not that weak
It's not your fault
And when you climb up to your hill
Up to your place
I hope you're well

It's not enough
No
It's not enough
It's not enough

General Comment:I think it´s about someone who was involve in a big tragedy, where someone dies, he tried to save him, he did everything what he can do, but that person died.

"Not enough" is what this person feels inside, or the eco of the people who were close to the person who died.

So this lyrics is about telling the person who was near to rescue or to save the one who died from the tragedy, that is not his fault. He doesnt need to prove anything else, he knows the truth, he should regain that peace again and do not reproach himself for what happened or let other say that he is no that strong, what I think its refered to what other said after the accident or what he feels inside. So he should know is not his fault, and yes, he is nos superman but he is not that weak, he is a real man.

When you climb up to that hill
    up to your place
I d hope you are well

this refers to a posible prayer of the man who tried to save the one who died.

    "I am always here"

I think it refers to God-Jesus.

Really I thing the key to this song is about someone who was near a big tragedy, he did waht he could bout he could not save or rescue this other person, so he thinks it s not enough inside him, so the song is about recovering his self steem, to accept that he could not do it, it s not his fault.

General Comment:First of all, this is among my favorite OLP songs.

I think that it's about a relationship, or someone that basically put all they had into the other person- poured their heart out and then was let down completely or rejected, broken up with, etc. He basically wishes them well and hopes that they get by in the world on their own. Toward the end of the song when the beat changes, I think it represents the other person coming back asking for forgiveness and basically saying everything he had said to them in the first place (the first part being what they had told him at the end of the relationship and the second being what they're telling him now).. Then he says "It's not enough" like they had probably explained to him about the way he felt- I think the "I'm sorry" just by the tone he sings it in is meant to be very snide and bitter toward the other person- as if he's repeating exactly what they said to him when he spilled his guts.

It's probably just me, but when the song suddenly shifts I think it really pushes it. This song is a work of art.

Song Meaning:Yeah I'm on the same train of though as Jason. I feel it's about not being about to countinue a relationship because of a lack of happiness, or maybe even a lack of time that can't be spent with that significant other. The weekend is not enough time to keep it going.

And when you climb up to your hill
    Up to your place
    I hope you’re well

To me it the singer is expressing how he misses her when she goes back home, becasue maybe they aren't together all the time. Thats how I see this song.

    General Comment:thepurplemonster is actually right.

the song is about Raine's little sister that was kidnapped and killed when he was younger and he couldn't do anything to save her. A lot of thier songs about his grief over that loss.

General Comment:I think this song is about someone leaving, for whatever reasons. Leaving someone behind maybe.

    There’s nothing you can say
    Nothing you can do
    There’s nothing in between
    You know the truth

Shes already made the choice to leave, move away perhaps, away from him. Theres nothing she can say or do to justify her actions because shes leaving out of selfishness in his eyes. There is no in between to him there is no grey area because to him its wrong. Hes wronged. And she knows it even though she might not admit it, she knows shes made the wrong choice.

    Nothing left to face
    There’s nothing left to lose
    Nothing takes your place

For him theres nothing more to face because she took it all (nothing left to lose) and nothing takes her place because she was the only thing and decided to take off for her own reasons disregarding his.

    When they say
    You’re not that strong
    You’re not that weak
    It's not your fault
And when you climb up to your hill
    Up to your place
    I hope you’re well

And when the people she went there to be with the reason she moved on and away backfires like he thought would happen, its really not her fault in his eyes becase thats just how much he cares about her. Her hill being wherever she moved or maybe metaphorically when she thinks back to why she did move and goes over her reasons, he hopes shes still happy with the decision she made. Because he wants the best for her even though she didnt give that back.

    There’s nothing left to prove
    There's nothing I won’t do
    There’s nothing like the pain
    I feel for you

    Nothing left to hide
    Nothing left to fear
    I am always here

There is nothing left to prove, he tried everything and all he can do is cope. Hed still do anything for her and he feels pain for her because it hurts to think about her and her choice. She doesnt need to pretend or hide her feelings anymore because he put all his out there and hes still willing to be there if she ever comes back or is willing to give him the time.

    What you want
    What you lost
    What you had
    What is gone is over

    What you got
    What you love
    What you need
    What you have is real

whatever she wants there whatever she thought shed be losing there if she didnt go back what she had with him there and everything she left is really over, for him. what she got by going there whomever she loves there what she needs there its all real to her. the not enough, i think is that its not enough to him. He doesnt understand any of it because none of it is really good for her, shed be better with him in that place and she left for the wrong reasons.

    Its not enough, im sorry.

I wont stop hurting over your decision because your reasons are not enough, im sorry i tried to understand but it kills him.

Thats a lot. thats what it means to ME. im not sure ifit can been seen that way to anyone else but everyone is entitled to there own.

General Comment:I think this has something to do with a guy depressed over a girl he can't have, and he has reached the peak of his depression and she can't really help him ("nothing you can do). Also, he loves her a lot but he's gotten so sad that there's "nothing left to prove" and there's "nothing you can do". But at the same time, he's still determined to get her even after all the pain he went through: "There's nothing I won't do, there's nothing like the pain I feel for you". And he really isn't satisfied with not being with her, hence the phrase "it's not enough".

Oh and also, "nok mi bongo beebis",
    Learn to talk.
