Here they come to steal my soul
Ghost train
Wait it out until I know
Ghost train
Trying not to feel like,
Ghost train
Moving up until I go go
Ghost train
She was not,
Ghost train
Trying to hear in my heart
Ghost train
Trying not to feel like,
Ghost train
Moving up until I'm taught to your side
Ghost train

Yeah yeah yeah
Ghost train

Got suicide for my baby
Ghost train
Living up until I'm,
Ghost train
Seeing like I'm,
Ghost train
Moving up and taught I'm a weapon
Ghost train
Yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah
Ghost train
Yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah
Ghost train
I see myself pretend how to get there
Ghost train
Down a poisoned,
Ghost train

Come on come on come on!
Ghost train!
Come on come on come on!
Ghost train train train

Got suicide for my baby
Ghost train
Living up until I,
Ghost train
Seeing like I'm,
Ghost train
Moving up and taught I'm a weapon
Ghost train
Yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah
Ghost train
Yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah
Ghost train
I see myself pretend how to get there
Ghost train
Down a poisoned,
Ghost train

(middle bit)

Come on come on come on!
Ghost train!
Come on come on come on!
Ghost train!

General Comment:This was written in a Gospel/Soul style. Gospel can be identified by repetition, call/answer, held out notes and limited instrumentals. The main difference between this and other Gospel-style songs is the obvious minor key.

Added to the minor key are dark lyrics, giving you a sense that something is very wrong. This is all wrapped up in the gibberish near the end of the song, which is unsettling at best. All together, this is Zombie Hip-Hop.

General Comment:When I write a poem or something, it's supposed to have more than one meaning, even for the writer himself it's fun to leave spaces for further interpretation open! Often, I see different meanings breaking through after something's written. In that way, I manage to learn something more about myself, unexpected. What I'm trying to say is that this great, great song I think is just meant to have a lot of different meanings, on a lot of different levels (like: fun, not boring music!, or obscenity-who really cares, or a love story, or deeper meaning maybe, ..)

But what you could say is that it definately puts some life into (a) death (process)! And with the train sounds, the upbeat bass and the part of the lyrics that's understandable, this became one of my favorite songs to run on ('fast like a train'), mentally as well as physically =)

Also, this seems to me like a really cool song to be played at ones funeral! (a girl can dream, right?)

General Comment:pretty sure the words GHOST TRAIN say it all.

for those of you that don't know what a gost train is, its a spiritual train (or even bunch or horses and carts)filled with ghosts, that appear in hainted area, that go speeding straight into walls and disappear.

sounds like his baby is dead, so he killed himself to ride the ghost train with her. (hope it's a her)

once you grasp that context, the rest of the song kinda falls into place. i dunno.

i love that dark sounding dude in the middle that goes off on a little rant about nothin
