it is a love song, kind of. not a normal one. he isn't singing it to a woman, but to his spiritual leader. (Meher Baba?) basically saying that he would give up everything to reach enlightenment, or whatever it is that he was seeking. i don't really understand those eastern beliefs too well. |

on the VH-1 Back in Black special Angus and Mal said they wrote the Back in Black riff while on the highway to hell tour, when Bon was still alive. but i believe they said the lyrics were not written until Brian came aboard |

the open notes are pulloffs, but angus actually picks the other notes, which you will see if you watch him play live. often on tab sites you will see the song played as one long hammer/pull-off, which is a lot easier and sounds almost the same as the real thing. |
