I think that the song is about her falling in love for a guy that she knows is playing her. Maybe she was using him as well (at first), they were using each other because they were tired of past relationships, maybe just as a rebound. But her playing is over, she really is falling for him, but now her heart's broke because he hasn't fallen in love for her like she has for him. The guy is perfect for words, he knows just what to say to make them all feel special, but thats the thing, its just something he says, not something said specially for her.
