scat signing (vocalizing using sound and syllables instead of actual lyrics) II wanna apply this scat signing to " October song" at mark 2:54 I feel like she scats, like a bird would, " I never ment to fly away" or it could be " I never ment to take off" which would make more scene, because what do birds to when they leave the nest? They take off. Never to return home again. Now that I listen to it again, it sounds like she says " I never ment to give up" rip Amy Between the cheats... At the 1:47 mark through 1:54 Amy is clearly "Scat singing" Although, at the 1:47 mark, the last word would be "got" as soon as it rolls up to 1:47 she scat sings, than at the 1:54 mark the lyrics pick up where they last left off, and at 1:54 she continues with" the jack of hearts is my jackpot. Personally, I think she sings something along these lines , Imagine this verse picking up at the 1:48 mark, " and take a min to, oh, bottle the jack of heart" What do you guys think? |

Bless your soul, I'm having a hard time understanding the difference between " god given talent" and "naturally born talent" Yes, we naturally are all given talent, some of us can walk a straight line when being pulled over for DUI, or even some of us, thank god, are talented at boiling Eggs for the perfect egg saled sandwich. " we put it in writing" has nothing, absolutely nothing to do with marriage or even a marriage certificate. This is what it truly means, as a musicain, most of us (all of us) take drugs, our excuse for taking them, sometimes periodically, is " drugs altire our mind" therefore drugs and the high give us a different out look, view or makes up feel great" lyrically, we can put together words at the speed of light. So when she sings " we wait for the blow" (we as in Amy and Blake") (they than recive the blow, and indulge in a line or two, by this time, they are high as a kite on the floor, just Amy and Blake) " we put it in writing" ( there excuse for using is to create music, lyrics, experiences) "but who WE writing for?" good question Amy! they ask them selfs, who are we kidding? everyone has completely bypassed what the true meaning of this song is about. Obviously it's about cheating, but Her man isn't cheating on her with another female, no, he's cheating on her with a MAN! Half way through the song, in the back ground, beyonce slurs but sings" you actin gay" you actin gay yay" " you actin gay, yay oh oh oh oh" She suspects very her man is on the DL. And to confirm this thought, at the very end of this song, beyonce says" she can't Love you" Wichita means, ya you can have sex with a man, but he can't love you like a female can, he can't naturally give you a child, or even real love" each song on the cd ends with a verse from the bible. |
