Pink – Funhouse Lyrics 15 years ago
I think the whole song is symbolic for a relationship, even though there is no definite proof for this.

"This used to be a funhouse" - A funhouse is a play-thing in a fair for young children to play in. Their love is young and naive, a fun thing with lots of laughter and happiness.

"But now it's full of evil clowns" - What little kid isn't scared of scary clowns? The clowns symbolise something happy and fun going bad, so maybe their feelings goings sour, although the relationship still stands.

The rest of the chorus is quite blatant in meaning.

I think the whole song is basically about how the house reminds her of all the fun she had with her ex, and she hates all the memories, hence why she wants to destroy the house. The memories are like the ghost of the past, so "We'll try to exorcise this place" is her trying to forget.

Or, at least, that's what I believe. ;P
