| i really think the meaning to this song is how everybody thinks after the war, everything and everyone will be good again.. "When it's over, so they say, It'll rain a sunny day...".... but hes asking if you have seen the rain, meaning "have you seen the soldiers die?".. and hes saying that everything and everyone is NOT going to be well again... someone told me that CCR was playing during the vietnam war so ya thats the meaning..
