i think the living alone is feeling empty. you can be completely alone in a crowded room, it just depends on your perspective. i think that it could be about suiside, im just not suer though. it is a posibility. |

this song is true wonderful. At first i thought he was just talking about an artist struggle. [van gough] But for me, it truely goes deeper. Very poetic and one of my favorite songs of McLean. I honestly cryed the first time i heard it. |
