Dropkick Murphys – Boys on the Docks Lyrics 17 years ago
This song is mostly about workers struggling together against their bosses, a common theme to the dropkick murphys. Its a bad-ass song dedicated to john Kelly, an Irish immigrant union leader who led workers of all ethnicities, anti-racism being another big theme of this awesome band, around Boston in strikes against their bosses for better wages and conditions.

Dropkick Murphys – Do or Die Lyrics 17 years ago
This is one of the best songs out there about the class struggle. It pretty obvious what they are saying, and they are so right. The only way workers will cease to be exploited is through uniting together in unions for collective strength in action. To quote another great Dropkick song "Together we are, what we can't be alone"

The Clash – Safe European Home Lyrics 17 years ago
This song is about the harsh reception that Strummer and Jones had on their song writing trip to Jamacia, and they wrote this song also to talk about the painful reality that white people get to go on vaction in the poor global south while non-whites in the global south can only go north in search of work. " why i never tell that natty dread drinks at the sheraton hotel" is talking about the segregation of tourist areas in jamacia-no locals allowed in unless they are working. (plus they could never afford to drink there anyway)
