no, it's totally about sex. also because "in my leisure suite" sounds like "in my lit, je suis", which is franglais for "i'm in bed". if she intended it to sound like that, it's a pretty amazing play on words! |

the best part of this song is clearly the fact that they're singing about a flourescent crayola crayon colour available from 1990-1992. it totally reminds me of elementary school, and i love that. it was my favourite crayon! |

I have heard that "Tennessee" refers to Tennessee Thomas, the drummer for The Like. She apparently used to date Julian Casablancas. I think this fits the context of the song better, no? |

When I first heard this song, I was living in Paris and couldn't believe my ears. JEW has been one of my favorite bands for years, so I loved how they referenced my favorite city in this amazing song. |
